Please note that opting out of the Platform's collection of location information will disable its location-based features.

Similarly, our company extracts public data and generates reports based on the information you provide on social media platforms linked to the TopFluenz App and platform. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions, privacy policies, and other relevant policies of the following social media platforms, which are incorporated into these terms and conditions:

Profiling Influencers and/or Creators:

We create profiles about you as an influencer and/or creator, classifying you based on factors such as your social media reach (e.g., number of followers, audience demographics, and content type), the context of your followers (e.g., location, demographic data, industry), and other relevant variables related to your presence on social networks.

Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data:

When you register on our Platform, we process your data to manage your account and provide access to multiple features. The primary purpose is to enable customers to find influencers and/or creators who align with their values and target audience, and to facilitate communication and collaboration on campaigns. Additionally, you can manage permissions in your account to allow customers to invite you to participate in their campaigns. Please note that our customers may use your personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
